[ARCHIVED THREAD] - which ACE stock

I have decided to go with the ACE ultralight stock but now I dont know which length to go with
the 9.75 or the 7.125 Its going on a BUSHMASTER A3M4 both are about the same price .
Which one do you have and how well do you like the length.

Full length and I love it. I would get a shortie for my third AR, but I need to get my second first. The next AR I get will be something like this.

I think the ACE Ltd Stocks are some of the coolest out there... although you are bounc to find some people who will disagree... To each his own.

Length should be determined by what you plan on using it for? HD/CQB or Long range/bench shooting,

I have had both stocks. I am 5"-7" and I like a shorter butt stock. With the longer stock I shoot without the pad.

With the shorter stock I use the 1" pad.

I think that I like the longer stock without a pad a little bit more then the short stock with a pad. But I really like the looks of the short stock more.
