I am shooting a 24" DPMS Super Bull Barrel Rifle, incase that helps any.

Well, whenever I go to the range I run into a feeding problem with my AR. When I begin to fire, it will always fire the first round but sometimes it will half feed the next round so it sticks in the bolt in a diagonal angle or sometime it wont even send it into the chamber and just dry-fires. It will only do this for me if i dont press the rifle relatively firm into my shoulder. But since my rifle weighs around 12 pounds since it is a super bull barrel it shouldnt  need to be firmly press into my shoulder. Is it the mag? Is it the Rifle or bolt? Is it me? What can I do about it?

So it's always extracting and ejecting the fired round?

And it sometimes strips the next round from the magazine but feeds it at too high of an angle, and sometimes it fails to even strip the round from the magazine, but the bolt closes on an empty chamber with the firing mechanism cocked and ready to go?

The one thing that you didn't mention was if you tried at least one other KNOWN GOOD magazine, preferably a GI. I've encountered exactly what you describe when trying to use some of those crappy post-ban magazines that are included with the rifle by the manufacturer. Those god-awful Colt 9 round contraptions have been the worst offenders in my experience, and I'm a big fan of Colt in spite of those things.

I wish that Klinton had them where the sun don't shine, sideways, and without any CLP

I am absolutely ashamed to say I only have One 30, and 2 tens so I truly havent had a chance to experiment with any other 30's.  I do know that the 30 is most likely not a good mag cause it doesnt have a stamped floor-plate.

The tens are alright and do function better, but they are the DPMS mags that come with the rifle.

I AM BUYING 5 LaBelle 30's.

My friend can hardly get the rifle to feed at all but he doesnt press it tightly, this is how I noticed that a firm hold will make it feed.

Considering the rifle, you may want to look around for 20 round magazines.
Assuming of course you intend to shoot largely from rest.

Why would 20's be  better?

20 rounders don't have curve (which reduces the possibility of internal mag failures) and are much better for rest type shooting due to their short length.

What type of ammo are you using? Underpowered loads could be causing this problem too.

No, 20's don't hit the table when you try to use a rest or bipod.

I am using Winchester .223 and some 5.56 full metal jacket Winchester.  I also used some ULTRAMAX because they sell it at the range, it isnt bad ammo, pry not the best.
