[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Chrome lined barrel question.

I am the owner of a Colt Match Target HBAR 20" rifle.
I can't find any info about this rifle having a chrome lined barrel or not.

There is no stamp on the barrel that it has one, but other info on the internet says that all new colt barrels have chrome lining.

Is there anyone who can give me that info.

UNLOAD RIFLE, Check it again. Look in the chamber for a dull silver coloured finish, same into the muzzle, on the edges of the rifling.

it will help if have one that is chrome lined to compare it to. I have found that it is hard to tell if the chamber isnt cleaned. Look in it with a flashlight for the shiney walls.
