What type of extractor insert is correct for an M4/M4A1?  Blue or black?  Also do they use the standard extractor or a heavy duty extractor?  Springs?  Bolt?  I tried to figure this out by looking on Specialized Armt. website and I am confused.

The insert color was changed to black to indicate the heavier duty extractor spring.  It's been a source of debate, but I don't believe there's a difference between the blue and black inserts themselves except for color...
