Cannot say who, in your area, has the best prices, but get the DPMS AR. I own a DPMS CAR 16" HBAR and it is a "KICK ASS" AR. Accurate as hell and a very well made weapon. A little picky on ammo,.. no wolf or south african, just good American made quality ammo and it will put shots in a silver dollar size hole at 50 yds. right out of the box. I love mine!

I also have the 16" HBAR and love it. Accurate as all hell and reliable to boot. In November of 2002 I paid $650 for mine here in PA.
