Hi, I am looking at buying a Colt AR15-A2 SporterII from a friend. I called Colt and they told me it was made in 1987. Can someone help give me an idea of a fair price for this one. It comes with a couple 30 rnd mags(1 Colt), and 2 smaller mags (don't know capacity). He is also throwing in a Uncle Mike's bag to carry the gun and mags as well as a few hundred round of some cheap ammo. Thanks in advance. |

That is up to you. You can get a Bushmaster or even an updated Colt for well under $900. So how much is it worth to you to have a bayonet lug with flash hider, on a slabside gun with non MILSPEC upper? To me it is not worth much, I would rather have a post-ban Bushy for $700. |
