Uhm... Tell me how this guy gets a sight picture???

I beleive the process goes like this. 1) Facing enemy from behind cover, drop to one knee. 2) Raising gun over cover aim towards enemy. 3) Now drop head to a safe level below said cover, and begin firing. 4) Continue as nessasary until enemy is dead, or at least until CNN cameramen have left.
