Has anyone ever found any information or any financial statements about them? I know they are supposedly making the Shrike, but they have nothing listed anywhere including the SEC website. Not even accounts payable/receivable. How is this possible? |

Quoted: Being that they are a LLC, wouldn't they still need to post info with the SEC? It's public information, right? Ares Defense is a Class S corporation, not an LLC. Since the shares are privately held, the only public info would be officer information and various other things. |

Only possible way (absent cooperation from the company) to get any financial information, is if someone has access to their D&B report. Assuming they even have a D&B report.
