This may have been asked before but, I could not find it when I did a search.
Anyway, was wondering if anyone knows off hand if Colt ever made or does make a 16" AR barrel with the M4 profile (like their 14.5") barrel. I am not looking for the "16" Lightweight" Colt barrel I have seen those, and the one I looked at did not have the M4 profile. Also, I would prefer "pre-Clinton-Brady" style with the flash hider.

If they do, and you can point me in a direction where to get one (or maybe even a factory M4 upper with the 16" that would even be better).

LE6920 is Colt's number for that rifle.

Yes it's 1/7. I'm looking in Shotgun News and Hoplite, Inc has it for $899.99 or without bolt $749.99. I'm sure if you wait/ look you'll find it cheaper though.

Thanks for the info. I will have to pick up Shotgun news (been a month or so since I have bought it). $899.99 is a little out of my price range for now. However, I am definately going to keep an eye out and grab one if I can find a good price. I knew that Bushmaster makes it, I just want Colt. Nothing against Bushmaster or any of the other manufacturers. I just want Colt =)

I have the Colt M4 profile 16" barrel in 1x9 twist if you shoot 55 grain bullets. I think it's a 6922.
