| I got my ARMS 22M68 back yesterday. IF you don't recall I sent it in because it didn't fit tight enough for my liking. I talked to Sharon Swan, she told me to send it back so they could look at it and check it's specs . A tech called me and said that the clamping shoe was not thick enough. He replaced the shoe and sent it back to me. It has alot more resistance when I close the lever and fits alot tighter with no movement now. Great company that is concerned with customer satisfaction. |
