You might try their forum in the Industry side.
You wont be dissapointed with theyr customer service. Top of the line, great company. |

I think they ship FedEx and require a signature. That might be a better option than the PO box.

If you check their industry board, Jesse indicated that they're having email problems. Try calling them or IMing them.
