| I have a Bushmaster post ban A2 style. After sighting in, the rear sight is cranked almost all the way to the left. Is this normal? Could there be a problem with the barrel, or the way the rear sight is mounted? |

As long as the rifle zeros properly its just a cosmetic issue. Fire a group at a close range (say 25y) and a longer range (100-200 yards will do). Assuming no wind - the round should be on the center verticle axis. Its height from the center will be different, but it should be the same distance from either edge. If you don't like it cosmetically you can send the upper back to Bushmaster for repair (give them a call first) if it bothers you. If the group is moving to one side as the round travels down range then do get it fixed. |
