I just built one - my advice - go to Sears or your favorite hardware store and get a set of pin punches and roll pin punches - particularly the 3/32 and 5/32 sizes, they will make your life MUCH easier. I did one with and one without, it is infinitely more dificult with the roll pin punches. The instructions from that link are excellent.
