Up untill yesterday...I was satisfied that my Olympic arms PCR-02 was a post ban weapon. Then, I saw in the 2000 edition of the blue book of gun values that the pcr-02 was manufactured in 1991 and was discontinued for sale to civilians. Ok, here's where I am lost. I can find pics of the pcr-02 online but they came stock with a free floating heavy barrel. I cannot seem to find any information to tell me if the weapon is pre or post. Any help would br GREATLY appreciated. If it is pre ban.....I would like to unload it as quick as possible...before the aw ban sunsets. If there are any OLY people out there...please...please help a noob out.
Oh, I thought I would add a pic of what the pcr looks like now...sporting it Wilson upper. This confusion coulda probably been stopped some time ago if I got the rifle with all original parts.

Contact Olympic and have them verify the status of the lower.

"Olympic Arms (360) 459-7940 This information was given to me by a net citizen who saw it in the Brownell's catalog: "Post-ban production is year-prefixed, but they too had receivers in the "float". Non-prefixed serial numbers are not a guarantee of actual Pre-ban status." "
