what do you recomend for break in and what should i expcet this rifle to do realistic.

my RRA barrel was hand lapped and didn't require a break-in procedure.

Shoot it.  Clean it when you are done.  That was all that was recommended.

how long did you wait? also what RRA did you go with? What ammo have you found to be best?
