[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Help identifying A2 Upper forging marks

I just picked up was was supposed to be a Rock River A2 receiver, and noticed a forging mark on the upper right hand side. It is shaped like a keyhole with 3 dots in a vertical line inside it. Any ideas who made this?
