Alright guys, I need some advice. I'm hoping to get in tomorrow a stripped lower reciever, lower parts kit, and fixed telescoping stock. I already have some mags and some ammo at the ready. After I assemble the lower, and slap it on a complete M4 upper, what else do I need to know? What kind of break-in should I put it through first? Am I missing anything?

I'm not aware of any sort of "break-in period" for a lower receiver.

First you aim, then you pull the trigger.  Welcome to the club bro.  [beer]

If your upper has a chome-lined chamber and bore then ya really have no worries as to break-in.

FWIW, and this is just what I do with all my rifles, whether a chrome-lined M4 or my $300 dollar Krieger barrels, fire 10-15 rounds, then clean throughly, fire 20-40 rounds then clean throughly, then clean throughly after every use, (no matter the round count).
