Hi all

Not too long ago I found out that my father had an AR-15.
It is an Olympic Arms 5.56 mm Rifle

I have just recently started to shoot it

What should I know about this gun?
What should I find out about it to learn more about it from you all?

This is a huge knowledge base!

I plan to get better at target shooting, through pratice.
I have alot of land that I can setup a "small range"

Right now I have tried Lellier & Bellot .223 Rem Ammo 55gr FMJ.
I have had some problems with improperly pressed bullets, where I could push them into the casing. Now I check each bullet before putting them in the mag.

Please let me know what you think.
Any hints and tips i should know... etc

Thanks
Erik

I believe I just came down with Black rifle fever. Why is it that everything I buy I have to accessorize and modify to the point of no return. I see an optic, buy it, well now I need some good mags (5-10), now I want a muzzle break, etc... Same thing with all my toys, Truck, Paintball guns, RC T-maxx, even this dam computer. Does anyone else have this problem? Please tell me I'm not alone! [buttkick]

Welcome Newbie and it's  [s] L [/s] Sellier & Bellot .223 Rem Ammo 55gr FMJ.

Welcome aboard!, my recommendation is to switch between the Ammo, Magazine, Accessories, Trouble Shooting, & AR Discussions forums for a good long while, & don't be afraid to ask any questions you can think of.
