Is it legal to mount a shotgun on a post-ban AR15? If so, does anyone know where to purchase mounts? I have scoured the web with no luck.

Yes, but the MasterKey is only sold as a complete unit (for $2000 or so), and it is an NFA item (SBS), so you'd need to get a Form 4 approved.
