Hey I'm a newbie to all this and I really would like to get a mil-spec AR15. If any of you out there could point me to some resources and suggestions about different manufactures and options I would greatly appreciate your help

That chart is great and a lot of time went into making it.

But..........I want to say just one more word, BUSHMASTER

Also just as an FYI.  It is a good idea to physically check fit between upper and lower if possible. I have seen new guns from the top brands with significant slop between the upper and lower receiver.  The slop doesnt effect accuracy but these premium brands should offer premium fit for the extra $$$ you pay.

Great chart... Troy (maker of chart) you did a hell of a job. Answered a lot of my questions without having to ask any questions.

I didn't see the chart but there's one thing that's certain: Colt's are worth more on resale than any other brand.

I own a Colt AR-15 & an Armalite AR-10, love them both.
