I'm wondering what M-4 means.  My R6530 Lightweight Sporter (blue label) is supposed to have a 'M-4 receiver configuration', and 'feeding cuts' for more reliability (according to the seller).  I have no idea what all of this means.  Anyone?  Thanks!

If you look close you can see where the feed ramps extend beyond the barrel extension into the body of the upper. This is unique to the M4.
