I was just looking at the serial number list provided earlier, but my friends AR did not show up on the list. His serial nubmer begins with a CLH0011XX It is the colt sporter 7.62x39, and we are unsure if it is preban or not. If anyone knows or has any info i would appreciate it. According to Brownells's "Bench Talk", fall 1997, the pre-ban cut-off are as follows: All Match Target are post-ban. everything after these numbers are post-ban: CC001616, NL004800, TA10100, CHOI 9500, SL027284, BD000134, GCOI 8500, SP380200, LH011326, ST038100, MH086025. These are the last pre-ban numbers in each series. I would gather from that information, that since you have a new series, CLH, that it would be post-ban. |
