just got an ar15 with a bushy lower,unknown.. upper. its a flat top with sights and carry handle.took it on trade.
shot it today--works ok but sights are way off.
at 50 yds, shoots about 2 ft. high with rear sight all the way down and front sight raised up as far as i would like to raise it.
also it shoots about 11/2 ft. left with the rear sight centered. front sight does seem to lean to the right and thats the cause of it shooting left. can fix that, but dont know what to do about it shooting so high.
  ANY IDEAS?

Check your muzzle crown first, make sure there's no ding in it.

Since it's an UNK upper, you may have some barrel indexing problems.

Have you tried a variety of ammo yet?
