I've read a couple of articles lately stating chrome lined barrels negatively impact accuracy.  Any thoughts?

I would hazard to say that the accuracy potential of a Chrome lined barrel is far in excess of the accuracy potential of the average shooter.

I have to agree with SGB. If you shoot for score and compete in some sort of high power class, chrome won't cut it because you're talking about sub moa accuracy and a barrel life of maybe 5k rounds before you 'need' to get a new one. If you're shooting for fun chrome lining won't make a single bit of difference and will easily last for 50k rounds. The military uses chrome lined barrels and they neet to hit an 'E' target at 300m, so if you're not going to compete go chrome. Chrome is also easier to clean and almost impossible to damage.
