I'm ready to order an Aimpoint Comp ML2 and ARMS #22M68 for mounting on my A3 upper. My question is...do I need to order the ARMS spacer, and if so, should I get the full spacer, or half spacer? Thanks!

Get the full spacer, you will like the sight picture better than the half spacer.
