Good question, I was wondering this as well. Also, Welcome to the board, you will find a wealth of information here. With the exception of a few 'yahoos' that pass through, the people here are knowledgable about many topics.

This link ought to have it available to download.

I don't however know of anywhere that has it for sale.  sportsmansguide.com sometimes has military targets for sale.  not sure if they ar 25 Meter targets or 100 yard targets.  check them out, maybe they will have some in stock.

I found these to be great for my needs.  They're made in MS Word.  I took and modified them a bit for my needs and printed them out.  Worked like a charm.

As pointed out above you can download it from the Documents section of the Maryland AR-15 Shooters site.

For those of you who are not members (ahem naaman) [Sinister voice] Why aren't you? [/sinister voice]

Anyway for those that are not members they can download it from our "Manual Depot" where we also keep our manuals.  No log-in is required here.
www.mcdl.org/ManualDepot.htm

Just click on 'Targets' and select the target(s) you want.  All targets are designed to fit on a 8.5x11 sheet of paper. (the circle is about 1.5" in diameter for the 25M targets and about 3" for the 50y targets).

Be sure to download the right one for your AR!! There is one for rifles [M16A2] (20" barrels & dissapators) and one for carbines [M4].  The difference is the size of the grid - the carbines have courser adjustments so the grid is larger to relfect that.

Take a paper plate and draw a cross in the middle, and put at 25 yards.
You can dial in pretty well with this.
