[ARCHIVED THREAD] - DR 15

After seeing someone on this board call the AR 15 (and yes I know it does not mean Assault Rifle) Homeland defense rifle, I called it this while qualifing. A lot of the guys in our department are now calling them DR 15 (Defense Rifle 15) sounds better anyway. I think it would be a hoot to call it this in the media and watch their faces. :)

No Doubt. Its like a Sport Utility Rifle. I Agree. In 1988 I bought a CZ-75 while in Germany. I called it "The point of the NATO sheild." It Stuck. My buddys called it a Sheild 9mm. A couple of them bought one as well.
