I will never order from this company again, why pay money for items you won't receive? They tell you that the backordered items will be here by a certain date and then they don't respond to your emails when that date passes by. Way to go get that grade F on customer service SWFA. I will be gladly spending my money with one of your many competitors. Business must be that good huh?

| Hate to see this... I think every time I've ordered from them its been by phone... they have been very nice and helpful... but I agree, I can't stand places that allow you to order w/o knowing backorder status at the time. |

Same here ..just ordered a Steiner OTAL IR laser, only to get a backordered email. I replied cancel it.
If little guys like SKD can have live inventory, why can't a company that has been in business as long as SWFA have it? |

| I ordered an SS1-4 with ssalt mount on July 30th, it was at my door Aug 3. I did call them to verify they had them in stock as well as some other questions. Wait time was about 10 min to talk to someone. They answered my questions, I hung up and ordered it. Very happy so far, just need to get it sighted in. |

| I've ordered from them before with no issues, but tomorrow marks the two-month mark since I placed an order with them. I've only received updates after I've requested them. I understand the items I ordered were from another manufacturer who's pretty busy, but two months without comms (unless requested) is kinda pushing it. I'm hoping that, based on my previous experiences, this is more an isolated situation than not... |
