I placed an order on the 14th and received a confirmation email on that order. When I got home last night I got another email saying they could not process my credit card. So I went online and placed my order again. When I checked my SWFA account online it shows both orders are still active?
and I don't see a way that I can cancel the first order. My question is, is anyone going to be there on Monday that I can call or are they taking MLK day off. Does anyone from SWFA check here on the weekend ? I wouldn't mind getting 2 scopes but I can only afford the one

I talked with Patty this morning (and my bank) the problem was with my bank. I want to thank Patty for all her help and patience. I now know why I chose to do business with SWFA (again) as I recall having a similar problem several years ago with my first purchase from them and Patty was just as much help then. Thanks again and Patty you are a delight to speak to and deal with. With any luck my scope will be here by Friday so I can sight it in this weekend.
