| I have had this problem with you guys before. How is it that an order placed for a PEPR on 11/18/09 and paid in full by CC still has a pending status as of todays date. I dont get it. Perhaps the item is backordered and if that is the case you really should send an email with the option to cancel or at least specify if it is instock in the first place. just seems like a better way to do business. |

10 days is plenty of time to let a customer know the status of the order.
"Pending" is is not an adequate description in my opinion. ETA: in looking at a calendar that is only 4 working days. Still plenty of time in my opinion, and generally about the amount of time it takes Botach to respond. That said I would call them before posting on the web, takes about the same amount of time. |
| OK....wonderful update. Now my order finally says completed but instead of the original 30mm mount I ordered it shows that my order has been shipped as a 1"mount. How does this incompetence happen? Sowhen i finally get it I have to turn around and ship it back. Lovely!!! |

I finally received the mount which was not the correct one that I originally ordered and I phoned in for my RA#. I was given that but now I am made to eat the cost of shipping back to SWFA and wait who knows how long for another mount which is hopefully a 30mm like I originally ordered. Is it just me or does this seem like the wrong way to do business. When I made my phone call I was treated as if I didn't know the difference between a 1" and 30mm and I must have made the mistake. I tried to explain my issue with what I think was a supervisor and got the same attitude. Just to fill you in not that it makes it more important then the average customer but this is being used on a deployed rifle which is now put on hold so to speak because of this mess. So thanks again for the late, wrong order which I must pay double shipping for only to wait longer for the correct one. Yeah I'm pissed so sue me. I would go elsewhere if they didn't have the market cornered. |
