| I recently ordered a high-end Leupold, and it came with a reticle I wasn't expecting (needed mil-dot, came with duplex). In hindsight, the ad for that scope didn't specify a reticle, and it was my fault for not asking. Your returns department allowed me to exchange it for a model with the reticle I wanted. Just wanted to say thank you again for the great service. You've definitely won another loyal customer..... |
