This past weekend I placed an order for a Surefire 1/2-28 556 Flash Hider so I can mount my can to my newly acquired Sig 516 Patrol. On Monday, I received a call from QRF (for the life of me I can't remember the name of the person who called me and I wish I could) letting me know that their website had oversold the flash hiders and they were out of stock. Thinking the item would be backordered I started to get a little bummed out, until I was told that had the 556 Muzzle Brake in stock and would ship me that instead and for the SAME PRICE as the flash hider ($20.00 difference in my favor).
If this isn't amazing customer service, I don't know what is. This is a place I will definitely continue to do business with in the future. |
