When i had my pro repaired it took about 6 weeks.   They ship them back to the plant in sweeden.  From what i understand they send the repairs in batches so it depends on when your optic got on the boat.

I get that, but they could at least respond to his email and tell him that.

This is why the T-2 has threaded inserts. If it ends up getting stripped, they can simply remove and replace.
