How long after my 80% lower ships should I expect to wait until my rebate hits my account?

Good question, I got my lower the first week of October and have been dodged on every email I've sent. I was told it was possibly tweaked, but in 2 1/2 weeks and a few emails later I've got no responses and no answers.
