| Could be a little bit more work. Â Form 4 is just really a transfer of an item already on the registry. Â Since Form 1 is creating new items into the registry, the process on the ATF side is different so they probably will need to work on that separately from the Form 4 barcode. Â Also there were some silencer manufacturers helping push the F4 barcode, not sure if the same manufacturer support would be there to help push forward a similar F1 barcode. |
