It is really just lack of developer resources. There are a number of other projects that are taking priority. We do hope to have it up at some point, but this particular project has been shelved for a while now, unfortunately. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

You guys have been blaming ATF and promising progress and now you tell us it’s been shelved “for a while now”???? I was bummed by the lack of progress and begging for a simpler partial solution whereby you print off fingerprint cards AND generate the one-shot trust ... but holding out because you said the full solution was coming. Now I’m angry at the deception. |

Okay, I'll file all my own forms 1 from now on. Your company can still handle forms 4, I hope?
Actually, it's at the point where I'd like some confidence on even that service. |

Beyond frustrated at being strung along for so long. I guess I was under the impression that Form 1's were a important part of your business model along with Form 4's. Obviously not. No clue what developers could be working on that is more important than this. You guys have turned your back on everyone who went through the exercise of registering with your kiosks and your company. You've lost my business. Just piss poor customer service and communication.
Anybody got a link to a description of the latest Form 1 process? Got two I've been waiting to register now for damn near 7 months. |

I gave up waiting and proceeded as follows:
I used $60 from "eForm Survivor Gift Certificate" and purchased fingerprint cards from Silencer Shop for the 4 RPs in my legal entity then proceed to scan the cards to my PC. I can now print out a set of fingerprint cards for my 4 RPs in less than 15 minutes. This is the guide I used: https://www.ar15.com/forums/Armory/Work-In-Progress-new-F1-F4-guide-for-41F-submissions/17-465636/?page=5&anc=4922594#i4922594 Total time spent creating templates and other stuff as follows: -Scanning 4 sets of fingerprint cards and editing the scans to ready them for printing: 1.5 hours -Creating the 5320.23 Responsible Persons templates for the 4 RPs: 1.25 hours -Scanning the legal entity documents .25 hours -Photographs for the 4 RPs: .5 hours Total: 3.5 hours not counting the 2 hours I spent reading on how to submit an eForm 1 Yesterday I submitted 3 eForm 1's through the ATF website. The first eFrom 1 took me ~45 minutes to carefully go through and learn the process and submit. The next 2 took me about 20 minutes each. Future eForm 1 submissions should take me no more than 1 hour to print finger print cards, complete the 4 sets of RP documents and submit everything though eForms. Notes: I still have $15 left on my "eForm Survivor Gift Certificate" and will need to figure out how to spend it. The fingerprint cards I print out are identical to what Silencer Shop sent me; same darkness, same resolution. Order your blank FD-258 fingerprint cards from the ATF in advance. I received them in little over a week after I ordered them. They are free and I ordered them in 2 batches of 25 each. Tracking for my 3 submissions and I will update accordingly: 12-16-2019 Submitted 3 eForm 1's through the ATF website 12-16-2019 Mailed the 24 Fingerprint cards to the ATF (4 RPs x 2 cards per eForm 1 = 8 cards). 3 eFrom 1's x 8 cards each = 24 cards 12-16-2019 Mailed the 12 CLEO notifications to the Local Sheriff |

Yep, but was it "shelved or a while" in which case it will be brought back up, or shelved at least semi permanently. I figure a poke every once in a while will remind them. I find it really hard to believe a company doing business on the web like that isn't willing to dedicate the resources to something like this that people have proven they want. View Quote |

Agreed - I've asked a few times for a way to "click off" a One Shot Trust and a set of fingerprint cards and photos... even if I did eForm1s myself with those it'd be simpler. I can't imagine that's a complicated software setup, but I'm not directly involved. Unfortunately the whole "one trust per item" methodology they've espoused falls apart without access to the trust generator View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

View Quote In summary, SS found a way to work through this at the very start of eForm 1, and people have gotten approved eForm 1s through them, so I’m not sure why there is still a holdup. Unless it was a one time only variance from the ATF just to get all of the pending forms “unstuck” and they won’t do it again. |

Won't be as seemless as it used to be but if you'd rather use em, I'd get to. |

Yes, it is open for a limited time! We are at 350 now,as I type this, so we don't expect it to last much longer. If you can't place an order due to the site being slow or crashing and you already have an account set up, DM me the email that is on your account and I can place the order for you.
https://www.silencershop.com/atf-form-service.html The website should adjust shortly and the bandwidth will increase, but it takes a little while to roll over. |

I couldn't get through, and by the time I did they were gone.
Was this 1000 items available or 1000 "customers"? |
