Just saw this on your site. Looks very interesting. Should simplify things for a lot of trust users. Couple of questions: 1) I assume this trust would recognized by all the states? 2) How does it not need to be notarized or is that done by SS? 3) Do you provide instructions on how to add a trustee after approval for people who are not familiar with the process? Thanks 1. Not in Vermont or Iowa. That would require a notary. 2. No it does not need to be notarized. That is one thing that makes it super easy. 3. Yes we do. |
