I bought my griffin alpha on Monday, and I filled out all of my transfer info when I got the email right after I bought it. Checked, and my form 3 was submitted yesterday (quick work BTW ). Anyways, just a few minutes ago I got a email saying that you were unable to continue processing, because you needed more info. I clicked the link and it had me refill all the info in again. Whats up with that??
BTW, My fingerprint card was mailed priority to you guys and will be delivered tomorrow. Just waiting on photo app
