They've said they mail it two weeks after the F3 is filed. They don't wait for the F4 approval. But, they would wait for the F3 approval before shipping. |

Here is my situation, I bought two cans in the beginning of February, F3 was approved on one in a few weeks, but nothing came back on the other. I called SS and they contacted ATF and the F3 was never received by the ATF. Form 3 resubmitted and about month later I received tracking for the second can to my dealer, that was in the middle of May. Check cashed email came in middle of June. I would assume they didn't submit the Form 4 until after the approved F3 came back from looking at dates. At this point I'm just curious to know if my F4 was sent in around the middle of May or in June. |
