Nothing but big kudos for Silencer Shop.
Having lived in Austin in a prior life I have really wanted to do business with these guys for awhile but it wasn't happening. I tried to buy an AAC 762-SDN-6 from them back in December. They were OOS so I backordered. Found one at my LGS a few days later at the same price so I bought it. Called to cancel my backorder and they were great about it. I tried to get a 16" AAC BLK Upper from them during the panic. No dice, but they were great with communication for the couple months or so we were communicating about it and were VERY upfront about what was going on at AAC. I found one somewhere else and again they were great about it. Last month I decided I needed to add a couple more silencers to the collection. They had what I wanted in stock (AAC M4-2000 and Huntertown Guardian SS .22) so I called. Also ordered an AAC muzzle brake and P22 adapter. - They helped me find someone in AZ to do the transfer (which happened to be another great company I'd worked with in the past - Quentin Defense) - The serial numbers were assigned and e-mailed to me that day - The dealer to dealer transfer was initiated that day - When I called about 6 weeks later to see if I could change the muzzle brake to a flash hider, it wasn't an issue and the credit to my account (the flash hider was cheaper) was posted to my account that day - I was informed when the dealer to dealer transfer had been approved and was sent the tracking info for the package so I would know when it got to Quentin Defense These folks are first class all the way. Awesome prices and even better service. If anyone reads this and is thinking about using Silencer Shop...DO IT...you will not be disappointed. Thanks again guys... |
