Just wanted to praise ALG's customer service.
I bought a used upper with an EMR v.1 on it. The head of one of the mounting screws was damaged. It was a pain in the ass the get off, but once I did the screw was destroyed, obviously. I emailed ALG on Friday night, and at 8:15 this morning I got an email saying they are shipping me a new screw! I know it's a small thing but it's the little things that make great customer service. Thanks so much ALG for making an amazing product and having even better customer service! |
