can you tell me the actual length of the rail?

Planning to move on from the RIS II on my MK18...just don't need all the rail, but on my 10.3" barrel will I be able to run a can if I were to use the EMR V3?

The ALG rails are true to size. So a 10 inch rail will be 10 inches in length. The ID is 1.46 inches. I hope this helps.
