We want to grow and better the business. Doing so requires looking at the ugly and the bad more than patting ourselves on the back when we succeed. We need to know what you're experience has been and where we could have delivered better. Send an email to [email protected] and let us know what you think. Here's some questions we have for you, but feel free to add anything in addition: Orders How was your most recent purchase? Was it (1) timely, (2) correct in quantity and correct item, (3) a good value and competitive price? If you bought something we stock but picked it up somewhere else, why? When we've messed up an order, do you feel we made it up to you adequately and left a positive impression? Website How does the website perform for you? Is it comparable in speed to other sites you visit? Is the navigation bar and filter side-bar improving your shopping experience or is it confusing? How so? Is the search bar redirecting you well and filtering your results accurately? Products When viewing an item: is there enough information to help you make an informed decision? What else do you need? Are the pictures showing enough detail? What are specific things you'd like to see in pictures for each item?
