When you are linking your ammo some take more force to insert into the links than others.
I have some that slide in real easy and some take some pressure to get to go in.
When do you determine you have a 'bad link'? I take all the bent ones out, but I have 3 our of 10 that take some additional force to get in the links. Will the SHRIKE strip these?

Preparing links:

How do you guys prepare your once fired links? Mine i get are pretty dirty. I have been washing them in the sink and then tumbling them in a brass tumbler for an hour or so.
This seems to do OK. I have tried washing them and baking all the oil off them. Haven't found a great way to prepare them. I did spray a very light spray of case lube on a few links just to see how much it would help. It made the linking process much faster. THe links just slid in like butter. I assume this isn't good practice?
