Now, on with the subject at hand.
We have received quite a few emails inquiring whether the items that show as in stock are in fact in stock. I understand this is a precaution, I reckon folks have been burned by sites that list items as available, only to find out the opposite is true.
We keep a fairly accurate and up to date inventory. In the past, we'd enable back orders for items we knew to be less than 30 days out, but given the unpredictable delivery times on many products these days, we no longer enable back order on products we do not have on hand.
What shows as in stock are in fact in stock, barring inventory mistakes, which can happen, albeit rarely. If you do order something that shows as in stock, but we have goofed and actually do not have it, we'll always email you immediately, and offer you something else in its place if an equivalent, or slightly higher priced item exists, at no additional cost.
In which case, we do ask for your understanding. Nobody wants to make mistakes, but they happen. We will continue to improve our inventory system, thank you for your support as always
