Does JT still offer a Preban Colt M4 barrel 1in7twist version, with permanently attached phantom or vortex to meet 16" requirement?

If Colt would send 'em we'd do 'em. If and when we ever receive our 14.5" M-4's (dunno if they'll be 1 in 9 or 1 in 7) we'll be offering them again.
