| I'm just wondering how long a kit (16" flat top carbine kit with YHM lightweight quad rail) would take to be delivered frmo order time. I have ordered a few kits in the past and got them within a week or two before the election, but I'm wondering if here is a long wait like there is with other vendors. |

I ordered the 16" HBAR kit this morning. At least they had the guts to tell me over the phone that it would likely be 16-20 weeks until it's delivered. I ordered with another company back in November and they advised 4-6 weeks. I cancelled that order yesterday (over 4 months later) and won't deal with the unmentioned company again. I wish I would have kept trying to get through to J&T by phone when I wanted to order back then. A little hurry and I called somebody else and never got anything, so here I am starting over again. At least I know I'm getting a high quality parts kit from my experience with J&T in the past. Thanks J&T |

I have bought a lot of J & T /Double Star parts and kits both from shops and directly. I have always found them to work hard to do the best they can to get stuff out to you. Not only that, their products are top shelf, equal or better than anything out there. I have found no one who gives better service or does more for their customers. They can not control many things like parts from outside vendors, especially in this time of panic buying and parts shortages. But they always seem to try their best to work with you to get you what you want.
Orders can come much faster if the customer is willing to be flexible and modify their order to suit what is obtainable rather than have some "Dream Gun" that they have to have today. One can always add a rail or other accessory later. Get the gun...the rest will come. Parts supplies will catch up in time. Right now one only needs to be patient. |

Thanks J&T don't hold it against them, they probably didn't know the full magnitude of what was going on... |

if an item "will" add to the cart, does that mean it is in stock? I understand even if it is in stock there will be a wait until it ships. Thanks.... I believe I have read where Jesse said their inventory wasn't linked to the website. So in that case no. I know when we ordered our four HBAR kits back in january that it let us add whatever we wanted. |

No, this edition of the site does not have an inventory module. We're working on getting a new system implemented, but we're still months away from going live. All three of our primary sites will be undergoing massive overhauls when the system is in place. But, until then, we have to trudge along with our current systems. Just be paitient "Change" is on the way Thanks, Jesse |
