| Placed my order on 10-18, recieved order confirmation same day, order #3004. The item that I ordered did not have any instock or not instock notation. Finally on 10-24 my card was billed, not for the 134 dollars and change originally quoted (and yes I put in my zipcode and pushed recalculate) but 147 dollars and change. So my question is how did you arrive at that figure and what are your standard billing/shipping practices? I'm sorry it's just we get spoiled by some of the vendors on here and when something different happens, well you know what I mean. Thank you, Dennis |

I just checked with the girls and evidently we have had a problem with the UPS interface since the last price update, so currently no shipping is being figured online until the glitch is fixed. The shipping amount is what UPS worldship spits out for the amount. Have you called in and spoken with anyone on this problem?
