How heavy (in pounds) are the match grade barrels that ship with the 20" kit?
And are the rear sights on A2 uppers bore sighted or will I have to sight them in the old fashioned way?

The typical 20" kit assembled should weigh about 8 lbs.
The rear sights are set on mechanical zero, so you will need to sight them in.
Thanks,

I'm also guessing there's a bit of a turnaround time.... how long should I expect it to be?

Depending on the configuration, right now on most kits we're looking at shipping within 3-4 days of order placement. We're holding on a few barrel configurations.

I just noticed that my card is being pre-authorized, does that mean it has shipped or will it be built and shipped tomorrow?

If your card has been processed, your order has been packaged. It either shipped out today or is already boxed for UPS tomorrow.

Well, it arrived. Kit looks nice, but I received 2 hammers instead of a hammer and a trigger in the LPK.
Thankfully J&T/Doublestar has great customer service! A bit frustrating, but I'm paitent enough to wait for the trigger.

We use both Wilson and Shaw barrels, right now we're running more Shaw's than Wilsons.
