Everyone has their little quirks, mine is, I'm a research fanatic...cant help it, I always research something to death before I buy.
I contacted Shaw barrels the other day and asked them about twist rate for the varmint AR15 I'm building.  I told them I was thinking about their 1 in 10 barrel from J&T.  The tech at Shaw stated they do build barrels for J&T, but they do not make a 1 in 10 barrel..only 1/7, 1/8, 1/9, and 1/12 twist.
The J&T websire states 1 in 10 barrels for the stainless varmint upper.
If  Shaw isnt making the barrel, who is?

BTW, I bought my Double Star stripped lower last saturday, and that thing is beautiful!

Well if they're not making our 1x10 twist barrels then I'll stop paying their bills for them.  They don't run a ton of them, but they do run them for us.  That tech may no be aware that they run them, but they do.

Ok, thanks!
I know the barrels are great, just wanted to be sure where they were made.

I have another question, if its ok to put in this thread.
Do you have a show schedule posted anywhere?  I'm in dayton, Ohio and wondered when you will be back there at the Bill Goodman show..if you still attend that one.
A schedule where you guys will be set up would be great. I would much rather drive to shows and deal directly with you.  Are there other shows in the KY/Ohio area you attend regularly?

Thanks Again!

We will be in Louisville for the December 9-10 NGD show.  Dayton we can only work in usually about 1-2 times a year.  I've been working on trying to get a gun show schedule page on the website, but it hasn't made it to the top of the priority list yet.  Maybe in the near future I'll be able to get our schedule posted.
